What this workspace controls
Seat provisioning, perspective assignment, role lens selection, and module access across the team license.
The team admin provisions each of the other 9 users separately and can also manage their own role-based path.
Once a seat is created, continue into Getting Started to configure the training path and notify the learner.
Provision a team member
Add a seat, assign the primary perspective and role, and set whether the learner receives the full library, the recommended path, or just the lifecycle prerequisite and Module 1.
Provisioned team members
Each seat shows the assigned role lens, perspective scope, module access, current completion state, and provisioning status.
